What I'm working on.
And what I'm working towards.
Sanctuary
Replacing doom scrolling with curiosity. A micro-learning tool that surfaces interesting things from the topics I actually care about - coffee, AI, human behavior, product, physics, evolution, psychology.
Product Fluency Lab
A practice-building programme for PM teams at consulting firms who need to close the gap between strategy and shipping. Curriculum drafted. Delivery model still being worked out.
Signal
Most ideas deserve thirty seconds of honest evaluation before they deserve thirty days of effort. Building a structured way to assess whether an idea earns the next step - and agents to help run the process.
Shaping the AI-Native PM
The PM role is shifting faster than most hiring frameworks can track. What does AI-native actually mean for a product manager - and can it be taught, or only selected for? I don't have the answer yet. But I'm forming an opinion.
The Experience Expectation Shift
AI is quietly redrawing what people expect from digital products. Some users feel it acutely - everything else now feels slow, dumb, effortful. Most haven't noticed yet. Building for both is the design problem nobody has solved cleanly.
The Co-dependence Problem
AI is useful enough to lean on and invisible enough that you don't notice when you do. What happens to human judgment - and the ability to think deeply - when the crutch becomes the default? I'm skeptical. And I'm paying attention.
